Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy services in a clinic setting
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients
- Implement therapy interventions aligned with individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma license (will accept candidates with pending license)
- BLS and CPR certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric outpatient therapy
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience providing pediatric outpatient therapy
- Ability to float to acute care settings if needed
- Comfortable with blocked scheduling and flexible hours
