Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 3 nights per week, 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain accurate documentation.
- Respond effectively to patient needs during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license (pending license acceptance before start date).
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- Open to block scheduling requests.
- Willing to relocate to the area within a 75-mile radius (local candidates not accepted).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in behavioral or psychiatric nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and crisis intervention skills.
