Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly and effectively
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements, including ACLS, BCLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Support float requirements across assigned units as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid CA Registered Nurse license
- Current ACLS, BCLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays, with at least every other weekend required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a large acute care hospital setting
- Ability to adapt to float scenarios across different ICU units
