Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, 4 days per week, approximately 10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform adult and pediatric echocardiography, stress echocardiography, and transesophageal echo procedures.
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic cardiac laboratory examinations adhering to established protocols.
• Utilize sonographic skills to identify, record, and analyze anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and care during all procedures.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory accreditation standards via ICAEL and JCOH.
• Establish and maintain professional rapport with patients, healthcare team members, and colleagues.

Required Qualifications

• Valid ARDMS or AE certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics.
• Proficiency with 2D color flow and Doppler waveform analysis.
• Experience with echocardiography procedures applicable to both adult and pediatric patients.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience performing adult stress and transesophageal echocardiography.
• Familiarity with ultrasound equipment such as Philips CX-50 and general ultrasound systems.
• Experience working within a hospital or clinical setting with ultrasound and echocardiography certifications.
