Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient functional abilities.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team.
- Support patients during rehabilitation exercises and activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy assistant license or certification.
- Previous experience as an occupational therapy assistant is preferred.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and documentation standards.
