Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Rotating shifts, part-time (3 shifts per week), 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Float between units/departments as needed, adhering to unit-specific protocols.
• Badge in and out at the facility and follow all safety and procedural requirements.
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and monitoring patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Complete department-specific training, orientation, and competency assessments.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of South Dakota.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Must note if previously employed at the facility; if so, end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission.
• Willingness to float to different ICU units/departments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EMR systems and department-specific orientation programs.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
