Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient progress and recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate case records.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies.
Required Qualifications
• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Proven experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
