• Full-time, travel position, days shift, 13-week assignment, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a busy hospital environment
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using GE Telemetry systems
• Assist with post-operative care, including IV and Foley insertions and chest tube removals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech EMR system
• Respond proactively to patient needs and take initiative to support team operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in telemetry or critical care units
• Strong telemetry monitoring skills and experience with post-op CABG patients
• Proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records system
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for post-surgical cardiac patients
• Prior use of GE telemetry systems
• Outgoing, team-oriented personality with good initiative
