Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, contract, 12-hour shifts, weekdays with some weekends and rotating holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in an Intermediate Care / Progressive Care / Stepdown unit
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during 12-hour shifts
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry monitoring
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience
- Active ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Epic electronic health record experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends
