- Full-time, travel assignment, night shifts, 13-week duration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy hospital ER setting.
- Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and prioritize care based on severity.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in medical records.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- CPR and ACLS certifications (if applicable).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in ER settings.
- Experience working in a community hospital environment.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
