Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Day shifts, 8-hour shifts, full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on orthopedic and post-surgical cases
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to maximize clinic efficiency
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and appropriate treatment progress
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed
• Strong communication and patient management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with orthopedic and post-surgical patient care
• Familiarity with Medicare and insurance documentation
• Willingness to float between clinics is not required but flexibility is a plus
