Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, approximately 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER setting.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and deliver effective treatment.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and document all care activities accurately.
- Respond quickly to emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a community hospital or similar facility.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse patient needs and emergencies.
