Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.
- Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nursys License verification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical specialty.
- Active certification in relevant nursing credentials.
- Skills checklist documenting clinical competencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must include all demographic information, including badge-appropriate photo, in profile.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system.
- Familiarity with managing patients with spinal neuro trauma, gunshot wounds, quadriplegia, or paraplegia.
- Demonstrated work history with no gaps greater than 60 days.
- Strong references from previous healthcare employers.
