Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit, floating as needed within units of similar or lower acuity levels
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
- Start IVs and perform telephonic monitoring as required
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
- Proficiency in IV starting and telephonic experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in float pools or multiple hospital campuses
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
