Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Track patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document treatment plans and patient responses accurately.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques.
