Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to patients under supervision
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Support patients in their recovery and improvement activities
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with pediatric or adult therapy populations highly valued
- Knowledge of therapy documentation and electronic health records systems
