Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a telemetry unit with a focus on cardiology monitoring.
• Manage and interpret EKGs, respond to patient needs, and assist with procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality care and ensure patient safety.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain clinical standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license.
• CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Epic electronic medical record experience.
• Experience with Olympus scopes, endoscopy supplies, or GI lab procedures is a plus.
• Ability to pass an EKG test on the first day of orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of experience in GI Lab, Endoscopy, and Telemetry.
• Experience with moderate sedation procedures.
• Knowledge of endoscopy equipment and supplies from leading manufacturers.
