Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, rotating schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a comprehensive cancer center, focusing on oncology and hematology unit protocols
- Float to various inpatient medical-surgical units including BMT, leukemia, gynecology, urology, colorectal, and surgical oncology
- Adhere to infection prevention protocols and patient safety standards, including patient falls prevention
- Experienced with EPIC electronic health record system and special procedures as needed
- Maintain compliance with certification requirements and support unit staffing goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of medical-surgical or higher level nursing experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- EPIC EMR system experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Oncology experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of special procedures related to cancer care units
- Ability to adapt to floating between units and flexible scheduling
