Job Title

- Days, Full-time, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Support occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily functioning
- Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists
- Ensure all therapy sessions are conducted in accordance with clinical standards
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- State licensure or registration as required in New Mexico
- Experience supporting therapy sessions with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in rehabilitation or outpatient settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic equipment and documentation systems
