Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acute care to adult ICU patients, including ventilated and critically ill individuals
- Administer medications, including IV sedation and vasoactive drips, using implant systems such as Omnicell
- Manage invasive lines such as central lines and PICC lines, ensuring proper care and documentation
- Monitor and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, as well as respiratory support devices such as BiPAP, CPAP, and ventilators
- Assist with procedures like suctioning, patient assessments, and care of respiratory devices
- Document patient care activities accurately using Meditech and communicate effectively with healthcare team via SBAR
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Experience with medication administration, invasive line management, and ventilator care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least 1 year of ICU experience, including adult critical care and respiratory management
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and acute stroke management
- Experience with continuous IV sedation and titration of cardiac/vasoactive drips
