Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week (3x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult respiratory care in a teaching hospital setting, including intensive care and emergency departments
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, potentially working at sister facilities with similar policies and equipment
• Maintain compliance with all certifications and licenses required for adult critical care respiratory therapy
• Adhere to hospital policies, charting, and safety protocols while delivering patient-focused respiratory services
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team managing complex cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and emergency cases
• Work scheduled nights with every other weekend, and participate in on-call rotations as required

Required Qualifications

• NBRC RRT certification and active SC Respiratory Care Provider license
• Minimum of 2 years of adult critical care respiratory therapy experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to obtain and maintain a current state license prior to start
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends, with availability for occasional floating to sister facilities within a 60-mile radius

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Magnet or Level I Trauma teaching hospital environment
• Experience with advanced mechanical circulatory support such as ECMO, IABP, or Impella
• Knowledge of Epic charting system
