MRI Technologist

Location:
Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, onsite, four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday-Thursday, 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners to perform diagnostic imaging procedures on adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Prepare patients for MRI exams, explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort
• Assist with patient positioning and ensure safety protocols are followed during imaging
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic health record system
• Collaborate with medical staff for pre-operative and cancer-related imaging cases
• Maintain MRI equipment and adhere to department protocols

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in MRI (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Valid BLS certification
• Experience with EPIC documentation system
• Minimum of 1 year MRI technologist experience

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Ability to perform X-ray procedures (not mandatory)
• Experience working with Siemens MRI scanners (Skyra Fit, Prisma Fit, Sola)
