Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide patient care and support during therapy sessions.
• Monitor, record, and report patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Help maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.
• Contribute to patient education and discharge planning under supervision.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a clinical team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in outpatient or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and documentation procedures.
