Tech Pharmacy
Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pharmacy operations in a critical access hospital setting
- Float between units as needed without fixed block schedules
- Support medication preparation and distribution, including non-hazardous IV medications (preference for IV room experience)
- Ensure accurate charting using Epic system
- Provide support during weekends and maintain compliance with hospital standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid pharmacy technician license or certification
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a hospital or critical access facility
- Familiarity with IV medication preparation (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different units
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or critical access environment
- Knowledge of Epic or similar electronic charting systems
- Background in basic medication safety protocols
