Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 13-week contract, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy to patients in a 24-bed Med surg unit, covering multiple departments including L&D, ER, ICU, and Med Surg
• Manage and operate respiratory equipment such as vents, BIPAPS, High Flow Nasal Cannulas, nebulizers, EKGs, and ABGs
• Perform procedures including intubation assists, inpatient transports, and patient assessments
• Work independently during night shifts, ensuring patient safety and effective respiratory care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification
• Current NRP and PALS certifications
• 5+ years of experience in ER, ICU, or L&D settings
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities during night shifts
• Proficiency with ventilators, nebulizers, and other respiratory equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• ACLS certification
• Experience working in diverse hospital units and high-acuity settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
