Therapist - Social Worker
Location: Anchorage, AK
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3x12 Night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health and social work services in an emergency room setting
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care
- Document patient interactions accurately within the electronic health record system
- Support patients and families through crisis situations
Required Qualifications:
- Current Alaska License as LMSW or LCSW (pending license acceptance okay)
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care or ER experience
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible within scope
- Willingness to work in a magnet, Level II trauma hospital
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Prior experience in emergency or acute care settings
- Experience with Epic electronic charting system
