Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Adapt to rotating day and night shifts, working 12-hour shifts on a 4-week rotation basis.
- Float to various units including ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed.
- Follow all clinical protocols and participate in practice tests via Relias.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including BILH coverage requirements and float procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid BLS (AHA) certification.
- Active nursing license.
- Minimum of 6 months of recent acute care experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts with every other weekend commitment.
- Passed Day one pass/fail testing with BILH coversheet at submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS (AHA) certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- Level 1 trauma experience or prior travel experience in high-acuity settings.
