Full-time, day shifts, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a post-operative, orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal setting.
- Conduct thorough chart reviews of diagnostics, labs, and physician/nursing notes to inform treatment plans.
- Communicate discharge recommendations and next steps of care to patients and care teams.
- Manage patient progress and adapt therapy plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma state license (or pending license accepted)
- Current BLS and CPR certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to review diagnostics, labs, and notes thoroughly
- Strong communication skills for discharge planning and care coordination
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with post-operative Med/Surg and orthopedic cases
- Experience working with stroke (CVA/TIA) patients and debility cases
- Ability to work with a variety of patient needs and conditions
