Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type:
Nights, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit within a community hospital setting.
- Monitor telemetry on the unit and respond to patient needs accordingly.
- Float within scope to various departments and units as needed to meet facility demands.
- Cover holiday shifts and assist as Charge RN as assigned.
- Support post-catheterization patients and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license (must meet local licensing requirements)
- BLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry unit
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience with cardiac patient monitoring and post-catheterization care
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
