Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and treatment processes
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in delivering physical therapy services
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques and equipment
