Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location
• Nashua, NH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pregnant and laboring women, newborns, children, and their families in a Maternal-Child Health setting
• Collaborate with healthcare team members including obstetricians, pediatricians, and anesthesiologists to ensure quality patient care
• Assist in labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures, including circulating in the operating room as needed
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and execute interventions according to professional standards and protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
• Uphold the standards of professional nursing practice and adhere to hospital policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
• Active New Hampshire RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, including circulating in the OR
• Ability to work every third weekend
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a high-acuity maternal and newborn care environment
• Knowledge of AWHONN standards for professional nursing practice in women and newborns
• Ability to demonstrate patient-centered care with high attention to detail
