Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular cases.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing about 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic flow and patient care.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and adhere to treatment plans to ensure quality care.
• Possible float to other clinics as needed, including locations in York.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required for new graduates.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative outpatient environment.
• Ability to handle a daily caseload of 12-14 patients effectively.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular therapy.
• Prior outpatient or clinical experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high patient volume.
