Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor high-risk pregnancies, including antepartum, labor, and postpartum patients
- Conduct fetal heart monitoring and oversee high-risk pregnancy protocols
- Assist with cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries
- Provide postpartum and couplet care for newborns and mothers as needed
- Float to postpartum units when required, supporting staffing needs
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric or perinatal RN experience
- Valid RN license in California
- Certification in AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring or NCC EFM required
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and FHM certifications required
- AHA ACLS/BLS certs preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in high-risk obstetric care or labor and delivery
- Ability to perform C-sections and manage complex obstetric cases
- Comfort with float assignments across units
