- Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a 4-antepartum, 9-labor/high-risk, and 3-triage rooms of an acute care hospital.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and high-risk pregnancies, including cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries.
- Support postpartum care, potentially including couplet care for newborns and maternal patients.
- Floats to postpartum as needed, with no on-call required.
- Utilize Epic charting system and follow hospital protocols, including acknowledgment of parking and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience.
- Certifications in AWHONN (Advanced or NCC EFM), ACLS, BLS, NRP, and FHM.
- AHA certification for ACLS/BLS.
- Ability to float between units as needed; RTO restrictions must be included at submission.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with high-risk pregnancies, fetal monitoring, and managing cesarean and vaginal deliveries.
- Comfortable in a beachside hospital environment with acute care experience.
- Open to working a block schedule at manager’s discretion.
