• Full-time, rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.
• Monitor cardiac and other vital signs, responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Float to other units such as ED holds, inpatient holds, and PACU as required.
• Follow established protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Experience with telemetry nursing preferred.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Must meet hospital-specific requirements including pass/fail testing.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred; must be willing to obtain if not prior experience.
• Recent telemetry or critical care experience.
