Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients in a critical access hospital setting
- Float between units as needed, ensuring appropriate staffing and patient safety
- Monitor fetal activity and labor progress, utilizing fetal monitoring equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic electronic health record system
- Adhere to hospital protocols and standards for Labor and Delivery care
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Montana or applicable state license
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Fetal monitoring experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to work night shifts and handle on-call responsibilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Epic electronic health record experience
- Previous labor and delivery or maternity nursing experience
- Experience working in critical access or rural hospital settings
