Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Columbia, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general patient population.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Handle follow-up visits efficiently, with some double-booking as needed.
• Work a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with potential to work up to 40 hours pending approval.
• Adapt to the clinic’s outpatient setting, with opportunities to float to other clinics if required.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willing to accept new grads and first-time travelers.
• Ability to see a high volume of patients daily.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior outpatient therapy experience is advantageous.
• Experience with patient follow-up and documentation.
