Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform patient treatments and document progress accordingly.
• Assist in managing patient flow and ensuring timely care delivery.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to other clinics as needed, providing support based on patient demand.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Capacity to see approximately 12-14 patients daily, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduation from a physical therapy program is acceptable, as experienced candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to float between clinics.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
