Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week contract, Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpreting cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations in the unit.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Missouri RN license or Compact license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN degree.
- Prior telemetry or cardiac care experience preferred.
