Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients, assessing their needs and creating treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions adhering to licensure and facility guidelines.
• Document client progress and communicate findings to the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license or certification.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working weekdays on a schedule suited for day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a similar clinical setting.
• Familiarity with documentation procedures and electronic health records.
