- Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 7 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of New Mexico.
- Current NM caregiver account (agency registration required).
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and technologies.
