Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location
• Bismarck, ND
Schedule / Job Type
• Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week, including nights and some days
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to L&D patients, including high-risk pregnancies and deliveries
• Care for postpartum mothers and newborns, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Assist with GYN surgical postoperative recovery and related procedures
• Monitor fetal health using fetal monitors, and operate medical equipment such as suction, oxygen, and vital signs monitors
• Document patient information accurately using OBIX and centralized monitoring systems
• Float to nurseries and NICU as needed, supporting multiple units within the facility
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Gynecology
• Certifications in CPR/BLS, ACLS, and NRP (STABLE preferred)
• Active nursing license
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with computerized charting and medication systems such as EPIC
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations with a team
