- Full-time, travel assignment
- Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Duration: 6 weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to laboring patients in a busy obstetric unit.
- Support patient choices and promote vaginal birth opportunities.
- Assist with procedures such as IUPC, FSE, and management of postpartum hemorrhage.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including midwives, CRNA, and OB physicians.
- Maintain documentation using CPN and Meditech systems.
- Support unit policies, including float requirements and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
- Experience with fetal monitoring
- Ability to support patient-centered care and promote positive birth experiences
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Knowledge of spinning babies techniques and STABLE skills helpful
- Experience circulating in OR and managing high-risk deliveries
- Familiarity with postpartum care including couplet care and NICU procedures
