Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult respiratory care in a high-acuity environment, including ICU, step-down, and general floors.
• Work 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours, with flexibility to float between service lines.
• Administer treatments and manage patient ventilators in a fast-paced, critical care setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations as part of the hospital's critical response team.

Required Qualifications

• Current SC Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license, or eligible to obtain prior to start.
• BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of adult critical care experience, including ICU, step-down, or floor care.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Ability to work in high-acuity environments with adult patients.
• EPIC and Cerner electronic medical record experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a freestanding emergency room or similar facility.
• Flexibility to accommodate a block schedule with prior approval.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, including float between units.
