Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory care and support to adult patients in a high-acuity environment, including ICU, step-down units, and general floors.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver accurate and timely respiratory treatments.
• Maintain proficiency in adult critical care practices and advanced airway management.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner.
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures, including handling radiation badges if applicable.

Required Qualifications
• Active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in South Carolina.
• NBRC certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Minimum of 1 year adult critical care experience.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, adult ICU and step-down care environments.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, including holidays as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Epic and Cerner electronic health records systems.
• Ability to float between service lines as needed.
• Previous experience working in freestanding emergency department settings.
