Job Title

• Therapist – Respiratory Therapist

• Johns Island, SC

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy to adult patients in a freestanding emergency department
• Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including holidays as needed
• Provide care in high-acuity environments such as ICU, Stepdown, and Floorcare units
• Potential to float between service lines based on unit needs
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of adult critical care experience
• Active RRT certification and valid SC Respiratory Care Provider license in hand at the start of assignment
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC and Cerner electronic medical records systems
• Previous experience working in high-acuity settings like ICU, Stepdown, or Floorcare
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, adult ICU environment

• Open to local candidates on a case-by-case basis at reduced bill rate
• RTO requests must be approved at the time of submission, based on unit needs
• Must have or obtain SC RRT license prior to start
• No radiation badge required
• During hurricane season (June to November), travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams
