Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the Dialysis Unit.
• Provide compassionate and efficient nursing care to patients of various age groups.
• Monitor and manage dialysis treatments, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and modify care plans as needed.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in dialysis nursing or related acute care preferred.
• Knowledge of dialysis procedures and patient safety standards.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a dialysis setting.
• Certification in nephrology nursing or related specialty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
