Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, promptly responding to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of X months/years of experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units (if specified).
- Proven ability to assess patient needs and provide quality care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital setting with Medical Surgical or Tele units.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
