Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 10-hour shifts per day, with rotating call shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and intraoperative nursing care for surgical patients in a Level III trauma center.
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures including robotics, general, eye, ortho, neuro, OB-GYN, ENT, plastics, urology, pediatric, and trauma cases.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the intraoperative phase.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain sterile environment and proper instrumentation.
• Document patient care and assist with post-operative care as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Colorado RN license or Compact RN license in good standing.
• BLS (American Heart Association).
• ACLS (American Heart Association).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Proof of flu vaccination (no exemptions).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a surgical or perioperative setting.
• Familiarity with advanced surgical technology and robotics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
