Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 NICU.
- Collect and document patient data accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist with procedures specific to neonatal intensive care and pediatrics.
- Follow unit policies, guidelines, and safety protocols to maintain compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a NICU setting.
- Current RN licensure valid in Texas.
- Certification in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
- Certification in STABLE is preferred.
- Experience with EMR systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Level 3 NICU.
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and pediatrics.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
